Network Administration – Professional
Job Description
• Manage and support Cisco Unified Communication environments including CUCM, IMP, and CUCCX platforms
• Configure and troubleshoot Analog and Digital Gateways, media resources, and collaboration infrastructure
• Work with networking protocols such as H323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, QSIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS
• Perform network administration, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities
• Support Cisco collaboration and communication solutions including WebEx and Cisco Video Solutions
• Manage and maintain DNS, DHCP, TFTP, NTP, and LDAP services within enterprise environments
• Collaborate with teams to resolve network and communication-related technical issues
• Support UCS Servers and VMware virtualization environments for network infrastructure management
• Participate in deployment, configuration, and optimization of enterprise network solutions
• Work on switching technologies and ensure network reliability, availability, and performance
• Develop automation or support scripts using Java or Python wherever applicable
• Ensure adherence to IT standards, security policies, and operational best practices
