Job Description
- Hands-on Cisco Routing and Switching, Cisco ACI.
- General duties as Network Admin would be
- Set-up and decommissioning of VLANs
- Troubleshooting of end-user Network related issues.
- Coordinating with ISPs and TSPs for raising tickets and driving resolutions.
- Coordinating with OEMs for raising TAC cases and follow-up.
- Configuration and use of network monitoring tools
- Configuration of Cisco (Nexus) 5k and 7k Series Switches
- Using ticketing tools such as Service Now.
- Good understanding of ITIL Incident and Change Management Processes.
- Document processes and SOPs
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 8 years experience being part of a network support team, as a network administrator, managing a medium to large size enterprise network .
- CCNA certified at least.
- CCNP will be considered favorably.
- Good understanding and hands on experience on layer 2 devices, Vlan trunking, STP, Nexus Switches (2k, 5k, 7k and 9k).
- Good Understanding of technologies like fabric path, vPC, vDC .
- Should have Strong Knowledge of Routing and switching technologies
- Excellent spoken and written English to be able to independently work with the customer.
