.Net Fullstack Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, and modern web frameworks.
• Contribute to the development and integration of REST APIs and work with SQL Server and Entity Framework.

AI Adoption & Automation:

• Lead the adoption of AI technologies to accelerate innovation and automation in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Explore and implement AI-driven tools and strategies (e.g., Github Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini) to enhance productivity.

Tool Optimization & Evaluation:

• Evaluate and optimize IDEs and development tools to improve developer productivity and streamline workflows.

Collaboration & Best Practices:

• Enhance collaboration across platform streams to ensure efficient delivery and alignment.
• Promote engineering best practices, tools, and techniques across the development programs.
• Mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Strategic Contributions:

• Contribute to strategic decisions related to application design, infrastructure, and development processes.
• Influence the engineering direction and advance the ALM vision at Eurofins.
