.Net Developer - SharePoint M365

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Developer – SharePoint M365 (Communication & Collaboration Domain) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in C#, .NET, and M365 platform development, with expertise in building and customizing solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role demands proficiency in SharePoint Modern UI, SPFx, Graph API, and Azure services, along with hands-on experience in customer-facing SharePoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint and M365 solutions for Communication & Collaboration.
• Build and extend M365 platform functionalities using Microsoft Graph API.
• Design and develop SharePoint Modern UI components using SPFx and PNP Framework.
• Write and optimize C#, .NET, and PowerShell scripts to automate and enhance processes.
• Integrate solutions with Azure services such as Azure Web Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Queues, and Blob Storage.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and deliver tailored SharePoint solutions.
• Manage and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD processes.
• Develop and maintain databases using MS SQL Server and Azure SQL.
• Utilize frameworks like React and TypeScript to build responsive and dynamic interfaces.
• Leverage Power BI and Power Platform (including Power Apps) for business process automation and visualization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth interaction between M365 components such as O365 Groups and Teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core development.
• Strong understanding of the M365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and related services.
• Proven experience developing SharePoint customizations using SPFx and PNP Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Services (SDK), including SQL, Blob Storage, Web API, and Event-based Messaging.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with clients on SharePoint implementations.
• Familiarity with Azure Portal, Azure DevOps, and database design.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform, and MS Teams Development Kit preferred.
