Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional consulting for Oracle SCM/Procurement modules in EBS R12.
• Offer suggestions for customizing Oracle applications for optimal performance.
• Handle inbound and outbound interfaces efficiently.
• Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly.
• Identify functional gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet customer specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance business processes.
• Develop testing scenarios and write test scripts to ensure quality delivery.
• Work effectively in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Take accountability for deliverables and contribute as a team player.
