National Head - CAS (Healthcare Partnerships)

Key Responsibilities

National Partnership & Alliance Development

• Build and drive national-level partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, nursing homes, dental chains, dialysis centers, and teaching hospitals.
• Develop strategic alliances enabling internships and placements for healthcare students.
• Lead discussions, negotiations, and sign-off of MOUs with key institutional stakeholders across regions.

Regional Leadership & Coordination

• Manage, guide, and mentor regional teams to achieve partnership and placement goals.
• Align regional initiatives with national strategic objectives.
• Conduct reviews, field visits, and performance evaluations to ensure consistency and relationship strength.

Industry Networking & Representation

• Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, seminars, and industry forums.
• Develop and nurture relationships with hospital administrators, HR heads, training managers, and medical directors.
• Enhance organizational visibility and credibility within the healthcare ecosystem.

Placement Strategy & Execution

• Work closely with internal placement and academic teams to ensure student readiness aligns with industry expectations.
• Oversee smooth execution of internship and placement processes across partnered hospitals and institutions.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain comprehensive national databases on partnerships, MOUs, and student placements.
• Provide periodic reports on partnership performance, industry trends, and strategic insights.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and partner requirements.
