We are seeking a NABET Certified EIA professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in audio-visual production and a passion for creating high-quality content. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting audio-visual production activities including filming, editing, and post-production processes.
• Collaborating with the creative team to develop engaging content that meets project objectives.
• Managing equipment and ensuring proper setup for shoots and recordings.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for new staff.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all production activities.
• Staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements in audio-visual production.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• NABET Certification in EIA (Electronic Media Production) is mandatory.
• 2-7 years of experience in audio-visual production or related fields.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of camera equipment and lighting techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
