MSS Analyst || Bharti Airtel

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot PAC file and URL access issues related to ZIA/ZPA.
• Lead Zscaler migration and implement ZPA/ZIA solutions.
• Configure and manage security policies (URL filtering, SSL inspection, sandboxing).
• Resolve network connectivity and performance issues using Zscaler tools.
• Collaborate on secure cloud infrastructure design using ZTNA principles.

• Strong experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) implementation and operations.
• Deep understanding of network security fundamentals.
• Hands-on skills in troubleshooting and configuring secure cloud environments.
