Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of escalation for all technical and process issues
- Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required
- Communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly, acting as a crisis manager
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate changes with stakeholders
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents within the assigned tower
- Follow quality and security processes defined for the engagement
- Conduct trend analysis, identify top incidents, and collaborate with teams to minimize recurrence
- Handle hardware troubleshooting and vendor coordination
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports
- Participate in business meetings with stakeholders as needed
- Take corrective actions based on customer satisfaction surveys
- Contribute to service improvement programs
- Provide effort estimation and reviews for new projects
- Train new team members
- Maintain and update knowledge base and related documentation
