Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of escalation for all technical and process issues
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required
  • Communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly, acting as a crisis manager
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate changes with stakeholders
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents within the assigned tower
  • Follow quality and security processes defined for the engagement
  • Conduct trend analysis, identify top incidents, and collaborate with teams to minimize recurrence
  • Handle hardware troubleshooting and vendor coordination
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports
  • Participate in business meetings with stakeholders as needed
  • Take corrective actions based on customer satisfaction surveys
  • Contribute to service improvement programs
  • Provide effort estimation and reviews for new projects
  • Train new team members
  • Maintain and update knowledge base and related documentation
