Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in analysis sessions with clients to gather and document application requirements for new CRM implementations.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet client requirements, extending capabilities through the creation of entities, forms, workflows, and reports.
• Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and other applications, including back-office/ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of CRM solutions.
