Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to create, implement, and maintain custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This position entails configuring and enhancing Dynamics 365 applications, developing solutions on the Power Platform, and integrating with existing enterprise systems. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-performing, scalable, and secure solutions that meet business objectives.

Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to create, implement, and maintain custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This position entails configuring and enhancing Dynamics 365 applications, developing solutions on the Power Platform, and integrating with existing enterprise systems. - Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to fulfill business requirements.
- Build and configure Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Create custom code using C#, .NET, and JavaScript for system enhancements and integrations.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, including ERP, finance, and scheduling applications.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs to maintain system stability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Support application lifecycle management, including deployments, upgrades, and patches.
- Adhere to security best practices and data protection policies.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and provide user training as required.
- Optimize system performance and scalability to accommodate evolving business needs.
Desired Job Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both).
- Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and APIs for integration purposes.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience in data modeling, system integration, and workflows within Dynamics 365.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven track record in stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong technical development and analytical abilities.
