MRO Engineer

Job Overview:

• We are on the lookout for skilled MRO Engineers with significant expertise in aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes.
• This position entails investigating service-related damages, establishing repair methodologies, and ensuring adherence to aerospace standards as well as OEM guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Examine service damages on aero engine components and identify root causes.
• Set and validate acceptance criteria for the repair and serviceability of components.
• Formulate and execute repair procedures that align with aerospace standards.
• Generate comprehensive inspection manuals, repair manuals, and technical documentation for engine components and assemblies.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with aeronautical engineering principles and mechanical processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within MRO workflows.
• Guarantee adherence to regulatory guidelines, OEM standards, and aviation safety regulations.

Technical Qualifications:

• Proven experience in aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO).
• In-depth knowledge of aero engine inspection procedures and repair standards.
• Experience in crafting inspection manuals, cleaning manuals, and repair documentation for aerospace components.
• Exceptional problem-solving, root cause analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
• Familiarity with OEM manuals, regulatory compliance, and aviation safety standards.
• Experience in component life assessment, reliability analysis, and performance benchmarking.
• Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and technical writing.

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME).
• Demonstrated experience in aerospace MRO processes and the creation of technical documentation.
