MPS Support & Deployment Specialist – Post Services – APAC

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of experience providing post-production support, managing processes at a vendor, or supporting a studio/network. Must have strong understanding of content creation workflows, on-set production, and post-production services.

• Technical Proficiency: Working familiarity with production and post-production software and workflows (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere, FilmLight Baselight, Colorfront OSD, Autodesk PIX & Flow Capture, and Aspera), including dailies, VFX pulls, conform processes, and review/approval—especially color science aspects. Command-line proficiency required, along with a basic understanding of APIs and how to interact with them.
• Data & Infrastructure: Understanding of JSON, XML, CSV, and other commonly used data formats, plus industry standards including ALE, EDL, MHL/ASC-MHL, and FDL. Familiarity with storage infrastructures such as local drives, SANs, and cloud storage.
• Availability: Ability to work nights, weekends, and other off-hours as needed to support productions across time zones and around the clock.
• Exp range: 3–6 years.
• Relevant backgrounds: Post-production support, studio/network support, or vendor-side media workflow/process management.
• Must-have expertise: Dailies, footage ingest, VFX pulls, conform workflows, and post-production tools such as Avid, Premiere Pro, Baselight, Colorfront, PIX/Flow Capture, or Aspera.
• Technical advantage: Command-line proficiency, basic API understanding, JSON/XML/CSV, and media storage systems.
