Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 5 to 8 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, particularly in Masterbatch, Caps & Closures, and managing key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and marketing initiatives for flexible packaging products including Masterbatch, Caps & Closures.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and export markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution through coordination with the production and technical teams.
• Provide market feedback, identify trends, and contribute to pricing, product development, and promotional strategies.
• Support and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the flexible packaging industry.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and product applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer issues professionally and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
