RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and underwrite motor insurance applications based on risk analysis and company guidelines.
• Evaluate and process motor insurance claims to ensure fair and timely resolutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and policy management.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote motor insurance products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to enhance product knowledge.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for risk assessment and claims processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and insurance management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of motor insurance products and related regulations in India.
