Module Lead SAP FICO

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FICO projects including Cash Management and Group Reporting.
• Gather client requirements, identify system gaps, and design tailored SAP FICO solutions.
• Responsible for product costing, COPA, and integration with SD, MM, PP, QM, and FICO modules.
• Manage financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) functions: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Asset Accounting, Tax, Cost Centre, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues, providing support to end-users.
• Conduct training, develop user documentation, and ensure smooth month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing.
• Implement internal financial controls, SAP GRC SOD, and support audit processes.
• Support integration with non-SAP systems, develop custom reports, and manage SAP upgrades and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead RPA testing for SAP, including automated/manual test scripts and functional specs.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO modules (including Cash Management, Group Reporting, and Costing).
• Experience with SAP integration (MM, SD, PP, PM).
• Hands-on experience in SAP Treasury, Project Systems, and GRC.
• Proficient in automated testing, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of internal financial controls and audit compliance.
