MNC Business Analyst

Nair Systems is a premier technology consulting and professional services firm based in QFC, specializing in cutting-edge areas such as Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency, as well as Robotic Process Automation.

We are currently seeking a MNC Business Analyst to join our operations in Qatar.

Education & Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of pertinent experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Treasury Services, Business Analytics, or Business Analysis roles.

- Proven experience in business analysis, MIS reporting, strategic initiatives, process improvements, or product implementation projects.

- Preference for candidates with exposure to multinational corporate banking, transaction banking, or cash management sectors.

- Experience in preparing management reports, business cases, dashboards, and performance analyses is essential.

- Familiarity with cash management products, payments, collections, deposits, and liquidity solutions is preferred.

- Background in a regional or international banking environment is advantageous.

Required Special Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.

- Comprehensive experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.

- Capability to analyze extensive datasets and derive actionable business insights.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Solid understanding of Transaction Banking and Cash Management products.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and project coordination skills.

- Keen attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

- Results-driven with a strong commercial perspective.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.

- Knowledge of applicable Group policies, procedures, and operational standards.

- Adherence to delegated authorities in line with the Bank's approved delegation of authority framework.

- Familiarity with Global Transaction Banking and Cash Management business strategy.

- Understanding of approved MNC Cash Mandate growth plans, target client lists, and corridor expansion strategies.
