Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Report Generation: Create, format, and present reports using Excel tools and functions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data sets to extract insights and support decision-making.
  • Formula Application: Apply Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) to solve complex data problems.
  • Chart & Graph Creation: Develop charts and graphs to visualize trends and patterns effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular checks.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation of processes, methodologies, and findings.
  • Support & Training: Provide guidance to team members on Excel best practices and techniques.
