MIS Lead and WFM Analyst - Chennai

We are hiring MIS Lead & WFM analyst at Chennai Location.

Requirement for MIS Lead:

• Minimum 3+yrs of experience in MIS role is a must and 1-3 years of experience in the BPO industry preferred

• Analytical experience required

• Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations

• Sound business decision-making ability

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize and handle several tasks at once with multiple deadlines 

• Ability to communicate with people of various technical and business backgrounds

Requirement for WFM Analyst:

• Minimum 2+yrs of experience in WFM role

• Must have advanced level Microsoft Excel skills – Including advanced formulas, also Word and email

• Experience with IEX, Verint, Blue Pumpkin would be an asset

• Ability to create reports in Excel and Forecast results

• Previous BPO Experience required

• Previous Work Force Management Experience is considered an asset

• Attention to detail & high level of accuracy
