Job Description

• Maintain and monitor enterprise systems such as ERP, HRMS, and CRM platforms

• Generate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making

• Ensure data accuracy, backups, and user access control across systems

• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT support teams

• Oversee office operations including vendor coordination and facility management
