Job Description

• Maintain and monitor enterprise systems including ERP, HRMS, and CRM platforms

• Generate automated dashboards and MIS reports for management decision-making

• Ensure data accuracy, system backups, and user access control

• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution

• Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows
