Job Description

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a skilled Middleware Application Support Engineer to manage support and maintain middleware platforms and business critical applications
  • The role involves monitoring application health resolving incidents troubleshooting middleware issues and ensuring stability availability and performance of enterprise applications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 support for middleware platforms and enterprise applications
  • Monitor application and middleware environments to ensure high availability and performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application availability performance jobs interfaces and middleware services
  • Support deployment configuration and maintenance of middleware components
  • Handle incident management service requests root cause analysis and problem resolution within defined SLAs
  • Coordinate with L1 L3 teams development teams infrastructure teams and business stakeholders for issue resolution
  • Perform log analysis health checks and system monitoring to proactively identify issues
  • Support batch job monitoring restart activities and interface application recovery as required
  • Participate in patching upgrades release support and environment validation activities
  • Ensure proper documentation of incidents fixes SOPs and knowledge articles
