Microstrategy (MSTR) Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, support, and deliver BI/reporting applications using MicroStrategy
• Work as part of the support team, including coding and unit testing for reported issues
• Perform root cause analysis to identify problems and provide workarounds or permanent solutions
• Optimize queries and perform performance tuning in MicroStrategy and underlying databases
• Provide technical leadership for MicroStrategy suite of tools
• Ensure that OLA/SLA commitments are met as per business requirements
• Document issues, resolutions, and maintain a knowledge repository for the team
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate reporting and BI delivery
