Microsoft Dynamics Testing Consultant

Job Overview:

• Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate business requirements and develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Conduct Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing of Microsoft Dynamics solutions
• Assess business processes within Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM modules
• Monitor defects, collaborate with development teams, and ensure prompt resolution
• Engage in test planning, execution, reporting, and quality assurance tasks
• Assist in automation testing efforts and ongoing quality enhancement
• Essential Competencies
• 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics Testing
• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP D365 F&O and/or Dynamics CRM testing
• Proficient in one or more of the following modules:
• o Finance
• o Accounts Payable (AP)
• o Accounts Receivable (AR)
• o General Ledger (GL)
• o Bank and Cash Management
• o Inventory and Warehouse Management
• o Supply Chain Management
• o Product Management
• o Expense Management
• Experience with CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Engagement, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Case Management, and Field Service
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power BI is a plus
• Comprehensive understanding of testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management
• Desirable Skills
• Experience in automation testing
• Experience in Agile and Scrum project environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Work Location: Pan India

• A day in the life at Infosys
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to actively support the consulting team through various project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
• You will investigate alternatives to the proposed solutions based on research that involves literature reviews, publicly available information, vendor evaluations, etc., and create Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• You will generate requirement specifications based on business needs, outline the desired processes, and create detailed functional designs aligned with those requirements.
• Your role will also include configuring solution requirements on the products, identifying any issues, diagnosing root causes, seeking clarifications, and determining viable solution alternatives.
• You will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.
