Job Description
Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a highly driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is for a Sales Specialist who will be instrumental in driving growth by actively promoting and selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT sales experience and a proven track record in lead generation, client relationship building, and successfully closing deals, with a willingness to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Growth Driving: Drive significant growth by effectively promoting and selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads to expand the client base.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and positioning Dynamics 365 as a strategic solution.
- Deal Closing: Successfully close deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Solution Promotion: Champion and articulate the value of various Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including F&O (Finance & Operations), Commerce, and Power Platform.
Required Candidate Profile
- Proven success in sales roles, specifically involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Commerce, Power Platform).
- Strong IT sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client engagement and presentations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and tailor solutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and pursue business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Typically seeking candidates with 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
