Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Professional

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization using .NET technologies.

• Design and implement scalable solutions within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.

• Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and client-side scripts using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.

• Build and manage Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) integrated with Dynamics 365.

• Work with Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Power BI for automation and analytics.

• Handle system integration between Dynamics 365 and external applications using APIs and web services.

• Perform data migration from legacy systems ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and deployment across multiple environments.

• Prepare technical documentation including design specifications and deployment guides.

• Provide end-user support, training, and continuous improvement of CRM solutions.
