Key Responsibilities

• Work independently and operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Responsible AI practices
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to technical and governance solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to ethical AI standards and compliance frameworks
• Conduct periodic audits of AI systems to evaluate alignment with responsible AI guidelines and regulations
• Design and implement risk mitigation strategies for ethical, bias, and compliance-related issues in AI systems
• Support development and enforcement of AI governance policies across AI-driven solutions
• Analyze AI outputs and datasets to support ethical decision-making and transparency
• Ensure responsible deployment of AI systems across enterprise environments
