Key Responsibilities:

• A typical day for an Infosys Equinox team member
• In your role with the Infosys Equinox team, you will be responsible for facilitating effective Design Development Validation and Support activities to ensure our clients receive exceptional service in the technology sector
• Area of Responsibility
• Act as the technology lead for project delivery
• Engage with relevant stakeholders to review and discuss business requirements
• Take an active role in Requirement analysis and grooming sessions
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions on the
• requirements, simplifying them while ensuring the team has a clear understanding
• of the expectations
• Estimate the effort required for software development using industry-standard methodologies
• Architect, design, and deliver high-performance, cost-effective, and secure enterprise-grade software
• solutions that resolve business challenges
• Ensure comprehensive Design and Documentation that aligns with
• Architectural requirements
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to establish clear technical requirements that detail the
• tasks necessary for completion
• Take ownership of the technology delivery, which includes educating and updating the Development
• Standards, Best Practices, and processes
• Review code produced by team members to ensure compliance with design and organizational
• standards, including performance and security considerations
• Define, review, and take ownership of the delivery of non-functional requirements, such as
• performance and security compliance
• Collaborate with various internal and external teams to facilitate seamless software delivery
• Mentor the development team on technical design issues or queries to help them achieve their daily
• goals
• Contribute to technological innovation initiatives across the organization

Technical Requirements:

• Skills in Microservices, Node, DocumentDB, Java, React, and AI Utilization
