Key Responsibilities:

• In your role within the Infosys Equinox delivery team, you will primarily focus on managing Design Development Validation and Support activities to ensure our clients receive exceptional service within the technology sector.
• Your responsibilities will include collecting requirements and specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs, subsequently translating them into system requirements.
• You will significantly contribute to the overall assessment of project work requirements, supplying accurate information for project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers.

• Analyze identified issues
• Review logs and debug problems
• Troubleshoot and triage issues
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for issue resolution
• Ensure service restoration or arrange for remedies
• Initiate bridge calls for major incidents (P1)
• Monitor issues until resolution
• Work with necessary stakeholders on root cause corrective and preventive actions
