Job Description
- Preparation of microbiology media.
- Maintenance and calibration of Balance, Autoclave, Water Bath, LAF (Laminar Air Flow), BSC (Biological Safety Cabinet), Microscope, etc.
- Perform microbiological testing according to standard procedures.
- Collect and analyze data to draw conclusions and recommend corrective actions.
- Apply appropriate methodologies and data interpretation techniques to overcome technical difficulties and promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain laboratory quality assurance systems to ensure validity and reliability of data.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date, and concise laboratory records.
- Support microbiological sampling and testing programs.
- Understand and use basic laboratory safety equipment and follow safety instructions for handling and disposing of biological materials in compliance with local environmental regulations.
