Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the test automation team, providing mentorship and guidance.
Develop and implement test automation strategies and frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Tosca, and API testing tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing using Java and Python.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate and improve the testing process, tools, and methodologies.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in test automation.
Manage testing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions for the team..
Strong knowledge of test automation tools, particularly Selenium, Tosca, and API testing frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Java and Python.
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Experience & Educational Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 5+ years of directly-related or relevant experience with 2+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably in system/software quality and testing or Computer System Validation testing.
