Job Overview:

• Familiarity with out-of-the-box application solutions in M7

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with the Application Owner
• Analyze the out-of-the-box application solutions in M7
• Support business representatives in the analysis and evaluation of the Functional Gap Document
• Record and document all requirements
• Develop and execute the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan
• Prepare test cases derived from the configuration workbook and Functional Gap Document
• Assist Senior Business Analysts in training business users on the M7 application

Technical Qualifications:

• Proven experience with the Metricstream application
• Ability to facilitate discussions with Application Owners with minimal guidance from the Product Owner
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, complemented by effective stakeholder management skills
• Maintain a comprehensive and optimistic perspective on tasks, believing that no task is too big or too small; the team collaborates on a diverse range of responsibilities and consistently supports one another in achieving objectives
• Ability to distill complex issues into clear and understandable communication
• Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with diverse individuals
• Driven by a fast-paced, agile work environment and actively contribute to the positive culture of your squad
