Job Description:

• Role Overview
• We are looking for a Senior Associate Consultant with strong expertise in Business Process Management
• In this role, you will analyze design models and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure alignment between processes and organizational goals
• You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to map current state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the rollout of streamlined future state workflows

Key Responsibilities:

• Run workshops and stakeholder sessions to collect requirements and validate process designs
• Establish process metrics, KPIs, and controls to assess performance and monitor improvements
• Enable process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and support successful adoption
• Create process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials
• Deliver recommendations consistent with improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
• Assist with change management activities and communicate process changes to impacted stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and support the development of BPM best practices within the team
• Familiarity with AI-powered coding and automation tools to accelerate network engineering, wireless troubleshooting, security
