Job Location: Sanand Plant 2, Gujarat

Experience: 1–4 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related field

Reporting To: Rajesh Patel

Shift: A, B & C Shifts (as per production schedule)

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing application support and maintenance for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to help ensure smooth, uninterrupted production processes at the plant.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver MES application support and perform troubleshooting.

Manage application development, testing, commissioning, and documentation.

Support PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial communication systems.

Work with SQL queries, stored procedures, and databases.

Troubleshoot issues involving GE Cimplicity, OPC (DA/UA), and Modbus.

Coordinate with production teams, business users, and IT infrastructure teams.

Follow ITIL processes and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in Java and C#.NET.

Basic knowledge of SQL queries and stored procedures.

Understanding of PLCs, HMI, SCADA, and MES applications.

Knowledge of industrial networks such as Ethernet/IP and Profibus.

Familiarity with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or GE PLCs.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Profile

3–4 years of experience in MES application support or industrial IT support.

Experience in the automotive or discrete manufacturing industry is preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Willingness to work in A, B, and C shifts as per production requirements.
