Position: Merchant Banking (AVP - Execution)

Location: Mumbai

Qualifications: - MBA/CA/CS/LLB

Experience: Minimum of 8 years as Merchant Banker

Location Preference: Mumbai-based candidates will be given priority

Responsibilities:

• Conducting due diligence

• Drafting

• Ensuring compliance with varied laws

• Maintaining record keeping

• Managing disclosure and reporting

• Coordinating with the client for project execution

• Owning quality checks and client deliverables

Requirements:

• Well versed with guidelines/regulations of SEBI, Companies Act, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, etc required for execution of Capital Markets transactions.

• Prior experience in investment banking will be preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience in preparing pitch books, profiles as well as investment memorandums

• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and deliver

Soft Skills:

• Self-driven and dynamic

• Able to think out-of-box and come up with innovate ideas

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

• Results oriented

• Problem solving skills
