Member of Technical Staff

• As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications.
• Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
• Own technical design of key areas of the product.
• Take Accountability to deliver features within schedule and in good quality.
• Collaborate with other product and services teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that may impact team's ability to deliver effectively.
• Identify operational gaps and design solution to mitigate it.

Required Skills and Experience

• Requires hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, API integration, Microservices, Web Services, Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle, SQL, ReactJS, JavaScript, and OCI.
• 4+ years of experience using the above-mentioned technical stacks.
• Familiar with Java open-source and API standards.
• Strong understanding of design principles and experience developing Rest APIs and implementation.
• Prior Hands-on experience developing cloud services and tools such as Oracle Cloud, AWS etc.
• Systematic problem-solving approach, strong communication skills, a sense of ownership and drive responsibilities listed in the job description.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, improve loading times, and optimize user experiences.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a dynamic environment.
• Extensive knowledge of databases, SQL, data structures, algorithm, & distributed system.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience.
