Job Description

  • Responsible for managing the entire Member Onboarding Process to ensure a smooth start to the member's fitness journey.
  • Conducts comprehensive fitness consultations to understand individual needs and goals.
  • Determines the right mix of personnel and tools tailored for each member to optimize their experience.
  • Accountable for improving and maintaining a strong retention score through proactive member engagement.
  • Strategizes, organizes, and promotes programs across multiple areas including Community Events, Self-Directed Workouts, Group Classes, and Personal Training.
  • Manages the onboarding of trainers and is responsible for staff training and development.
  • Creates regular touch-points with members, including calling irregular members to re-engage them.
  • Develops educational resources and plans member engagement activities to build long-term member satisfaction and loyalty.
