Lead the configuration and management of pricing modules within HealthRules Payor (HRP) platform
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective HRP configuration logic and business solutions
Configure fee schedules, provider contracts, pricing rules, and claim modifiers as per business and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, defect resolution, and post-production support activities
Maintain accurate configuration documentation, process workflows, and compliance records
Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and healthcare industry standards
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology-enabled operational solutions
Assist in defining business cases and supporting transformation initiatives within healthcare operations
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in configuration governance and operational excellence
Participate in stakeholder discussions to align system capabilities with organizational goals and business needs
Provide issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution support for configuration and operational challenges
