Medical Director / Senior Consultant - Oncology

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive and evidence-based treatment plans for oncology patients
• Conduct detailed medical evaluations, diagnose various cancer types, and recommend appropriate treatment protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including radiologists, surgeons, pathologists, and nursing staff to ensure integrated patient care
• Monitor and stay updated on the latest advancements in oncology, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and cancer treatment methodologies
• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior doctors and healthcare staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, treatment effectiveness, and clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and ethical standards
• Support patient education and counseling regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and ongoing care plans
