Medical Director / Senior Consultant - Oncology

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and implement comprehensive oncology treatment plans for cancer patients
• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, diagnostics, and cancer staging for accurate diagnosis
• Lead multidisciplinary collaboration with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists
• Provide expert clinical guidance on chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and emerging oncology treatments
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
• Stay updated with advancements in oncology research, therapies, and clinical best practices
• Mentor and guide junior doctors, residents, and clinical staff in oncology care
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, and patient safety initiatives
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations
• Contribute to development of oncology care standards and treatment protocols
