Medical Director - Oncology

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based oncology treatment plans for cancer patients
• Lead, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, and healthcare support staff
• Ensure seamless coordination between oncology and other departments for integrated patient care
• Oversee clinical protocols, treatment standards, and quality of oncology services
• Monitor patient outcomes and drive continuous improvement in clinical effectiveness and safety
• Stay updated with advancements in oncology, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgical oncology
• Guide and support junior doctors, medical trainees, and clinical staff in professional development
• Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations
• Contribute to strategic planning and growth of oncology services within the organization
