Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed medical evaluations, diagnosis, and staging of oncology cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver integrated and patient-centric care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in oncology, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgical oncology.
• Recommend and implement advanced treatment approaches and evidence-based clinical practices.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, treatment outcomes, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to the development of oncology protocols, clinical governance standards, and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to ethical, regulatory, and healthcare compliance standards.
