Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare campaign-wise presentations and set objectives based on sales targets and competitor activity
- Establish benchmarks for CPRP, GRP, and Reach
- Develop innovation and integration ideas in response to client briefs
- Conduct post-analysis of campaigns to measure effectiveness and learning
- Review weekly/monthly/quarterly media update reports (channel-wise, publication-wise) and share with the client
- Cross-check campaign results with original objectives and send weekly/monthly/quarterly client reports (Performance, SOV, SOE, Media Mix)
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for clients
- Manage strategy scheduling and execution, coordinating closely with operations
- Liaise with clients regarding plans, schedules, and performance feedback
- Ensure client budgets are managed properly with no shortfall
- Handle approximately 3–5 client accounts simultaneously
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing (BBA/BMS) or Postgraduate in Media Communication
- (Commerce, Science, or Engineering graduates may also apply)
- 3+ years of hands-on media planning experience
- Proficient in using BARC, IRS tools and media planning software
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Excellent analytical and statistical evaluation skills
- Effective presentation and written communication abilities
