We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance operations in our facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical systems and demonstrate leadership capabilities to manage a team of maintenance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and enhance production.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
