Review Contract documents and specifications to determine the requirements for Quality-related activities. Develop Inspection Test Plans, Inspection and Test Procedures, and ensure Technical Delivery conditions comply with Contract specifications and all relevant applicable codes and standards. Prepare Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder/Procedure Qualification (WPQ) in line with Contract requirements, ASME Sec IX, AWS D1.1, and API 1104. Review Vendor Inspection and Test Plans, Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) Procedures, PMI Procedures, Hardness Test Procedures, Pressure Test Procedures, Factory Acceptance Test Procedures, WPS, PQR, Surface Preparation & Painting Procedures, and Packing Procedures to ensure compliance with Contract specifications, applicable codes, and standards. Verify compliance of all Material Test Certificates (MTCs) with Contract specifications and applicable codes and standards. Review Inspection and Test reports according to the approved ITP and in accordance with relevant codes and standards. Evaluate Manufacturers and Suppliers by conducting audits based on Project Quality requirements. Participate in Client meetings to discuss and/or update manufacturing inspection status and technical clarifications. Coordinate inspections with the Client, Vendor, and third-party inspectors for all stages as per the approved ITP. Perform various inspection activities during material receiving inspection in accordance with Project Quality Requirements.  Additional certification : ASNT LEVEL II (RT, UT, MT and PT), CSWIP 3.1, ISO 9001. Codes Knowledge : ASME B31.3, B31.4, ASME SEC II, V, IX, VIII Div-I, API 1104, AWS D1.1
