Area of Experience

Must possess knowledge of Rotating Equipment within Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Petrochemical industries. Must be able to review Contract documents and specifications to understand the requirements for Rotating Equipment-related activities. Must have experience in Detail Engineering & Procurement of dynamic pumps including Centrifugal Pumps (Horizontal/Vertical), Submersible, and Fire Pumps. Must have experience in Detail Engineering & Procurement of positive displacement pumps such as Diaphragm, Gear, Piston, Lobe, etc. Must have experience in Detail Engineering & Procurement of Gas Compressor packages and Gas Turbine Generator packages. Must have experience in preparing/reviewing Material Requisition (MR) / Purchase Specification (PS) for inline items in line with Contract requirements and International Codes & Standards. Must have experience in preparing Request for Quotation (RFQ) for floating. Must have experience in reviewing Vendor/Manufacturer Technical Offers/Bids, raising Technical Queries (TQ's), and conducting technical meetings to resolve/close all outstanding points. Must have experience preparing Technical bid evaluation reports for client review & approval. Must have experience reviewing Vendor/Manufacturer datasheets, documents, specifications, etc., and submitting them for Client review & approval. Must have experience in Material Selection (CS/SS/DSS/SDSS/CU-NI etc.,) and knowledge of alternate material selection. Must be well-versed in design codes and standards including API, ISO, ASME, Shell DEP Standards, KOC Standards, KNPC Standards etc. applicable to rotating equipment. Oil and Gas Gulf Experience approved Engineer preferable. Codes Knowledge : API610, API611, API612, API614, API 617, API618, API682, API 692, API 691
