Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Maintenance & Repair

• Perform routine maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, gearboxes, and bearings.
• Carry out repair and servicing activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Support breakdown maintenance and ensure quick restoration of equipment functionality.

Inspection & Troubleshooting

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential faults or failures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures.

Operations Support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues in refinery operations.
• Support plant operations by ensuring equipment reliability and uptime.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Maintain safe working practices during maintenance and repair activities.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain maintenance logs and inspection reports.
• Support data analysis and reporting using MS Excel and other tools.
