Marketing Manager

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including ROI, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on marketing performance and key KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the chemicals, solvents, or industrial products industry.
• Strong understanding of the solvent market, its applications, and customer needs.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business.
• Technical knowledge of solvents and their applications in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or manufacturing.
• Experience managing international marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations related to solvents and chemicals.
