What does the role entail
As the India and Global Marketing Lead, you will be the cornerstone of our marketing strategy, responsible for:
Defining and Owning the Brand Narrative:
- Craft and drive a strong global brand narrative that resonates across markets, building a differentiated identity for Bosch MPS.
Championing Product-Led Growth (PLG):
- Align marketing strategies with PLG frameworks to accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention in B2B Mobility environment.
Strategic Pricing and Market Positioning:
- Develop pricing strategies that reflect market dynamics while ensuring value alignment for our products and platforms.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
- Lead the planning and execution of holistic campaigns, combining digital, content, and event strategies to create a seamless customer journey.
Martech and Digital Ecosystem Leadership:
- Drive the implementation of a robust Martech stack, ensuring data-driven marketing excellence. Oversee the design and optimization of websites for intuitive user experiences.
Content and Thought Leadership:
- Elevate Bosch MPS's market presence by creating high-impact content strategies, contributing to industry discussions, and building domain authority.
GTM Strategy and Product Launches:
- Partner with product, sales, and regional teams to define and execute Go-to-Market plans for global and regional rollouts.
Partner Enablement and Loyalty Programs:
- Enhance the partner ecosystem with co-marketing initiatives and loyalty strategies that drive shared growth and value.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage analytics and insights to measure impact, optimize marketing spends, and refine strategies for global scalability.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while fostering cross-functional and cross-geography collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
Market Research and Consumer Insights:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and consumer needs, translating findings into actionable marketing strategies.
Qualifications
1. MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institute.
2. At least 10+ years of leadership experience in B2B marketing, including exposure to global and regional markets.
