ASG Eye Hospitals is a chain of super specialty eye hospitals in India. It offers a comprehensive range of eye care services including treatment and surgeries of Retina, Cataract, Squint, Oculoplasty, Cornea, Lasik, ICL, Glaucoma, and Paediatric Ophthalmology. Currently, the group has 165+ Eye Hospitals across 83+ cities in India.

Job Responsibilities

• Increase Referral business by maintaining healthy relationship with Ophthalmologist/Optical shops/Pharmacist/Corporates. etc.
• Demonstrate or present services of ASG to doctors, pharmacists and healthcare providers.
• Maintain and submit detailed records of daily & monthly visits and business (MIS) on daily basis to the management.
• Attend and represent brand in trade exhibitions, conferences.
• Organize Events like Eye screening camps, CMEs, Other Medical education Workshops/Seminars or community outreach programs to create and raise awareness about eye health and the services offered by the hospital.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1 - 5 years of sales experience from Pharma/ hospitals/ Diagnostics.
• Candidate from Ophthalmic background will be added advantage.

Key Skills

• Good communication Skills
• Should have good knowledge of assigned Territory & current market conditions.
